I wonder if this is something that could be done at Westbrook Village, if Walmart is intent on staying in that location. It would then be tolerable.
By the way, what was Home Depot thinking when they bought land at the end of Nose Hill Drive and built a store at the bottom of Tuscany, out in the middle of nowhere?
