Are those all shared balconies on the north side?

I'm sure they have dividers but yeah you'd probably be able to see your neighbors which is annoying.

Haha might as well look at your neighbors if you’re going to have an even taller building placed directly in front of you ! (Assuming the neighboring bldg is still built relatively soon) If it’s like an opaque glass divider that actually might be a great idea to make the balconies feel larger once you’re fully blocked in

Which project is it? I don't remember anything mentioned here for that parking lot.

Vertigo inducing video, but very nicely done. Those exterior stairs must suck to climb and they look kinda sketchy.

Something’s being done with the blank wall.

That wall will likely someday be abutted by another building, but there's no reason why other buildings with walls on their property line can't do something similar. Even just a painted dashed pattern (or whatever this will be) makes a difference. I can't imagine it costs very much to do such a simple thing.

So hopefully that’s the case, would look great while drinking below

I think the black is some kind of asphalt emulsion for weather sealing. It’s too imperfect to be paint. Hopefully panels will go on top of it.

Should be some design features coming too, I believe there will be lighting elements included.
