I remember just a few years ago 70 Rainey had such a prominence in that area. Now it's already totally lost amid still half-built buildings.

Not quite yet -- looking from 22nd floor of SkyHouse and I see rebar cages poking out in a few places. I witnessed floor formwork being set into place as well earlier this afternoon.

There’s 4 of the penthouse levels total plus the crown or whatever parapet they are doing.
