SoFi may be the most beautiful stadium in the US if not the world. Jerry Jones was in attendance for the Cowboy vs Rams game. He might have had a reason to be a tad jealous. I do tip my hat to the designers of the Moody Center. The entrance is going to be unique and grande for Austin, For most attendees, instead of walking up to their seats, they'll have to walk down. Looking down from the entry ways is going to make this arena look so much bigger and impressive since it won't look that way from street level to the unexpecting. I also like that it is caddy whompoms from the football stadium. I will miss the Drum. It is a cool looking landmark driving on I35 especially when lit up and displaying a brightly lit Marquee. I always thought it gave Austin a big city feel, particularly in the 80s and 90s.

Moody is underground due to a CVC they are trying to stay under. It all just depends on the specific site. NRG stadium is fully above ground, Minute Maid and Toyota Center go below ground.
