Looking good. Are those frames for really narrow windows, or are those non-window floors?

I believe that’s the parking garage.

What about the floor above the lobby? It has the same metal framing and is clearly a residential floor, with a balcony.

Looking back at the renderings, I think the sides of the tower do have narrow windows. But the river and street side definitely will have large or normal sized windows.

I take 281/37 south everyday for work, so I pass right by downtown. Today for the first time I noticed this one starting to show in the skyline as I was heading to work. Excited to see the finished product.

I went by as well yesterday. Though I had more sun, I didn't quite get as much up close or zoom:

I admit, I am happy that the base is in scale with the older street facades, particularly the Witte Building.

Wow, I was not expecting that much skew!

Perhaps facing too much of the sun!

This looks like it will blend in so well with the Tavern and the Hilton along the Riverwalk.

Cant wait to see what the facade looks like. Looks like they are starting on it now.

Looks like 3-4 more floors to go on this one. Excited to see how the glass comes out on this. Hard to tell from the renderings.

3 or more 4 floors, dang just like every project we get. Once a building starts to get real cool, its like oh that it, no more floors.

If 300 main had this design that would be awesome lol.

I guess all we can do is hope is that these 2 are a catalyst for more since these are the first high rise rentals to test the market downtown AFAIK.

This is a perfect height for this area. There is not need for 500 footer in this dense part of the river walk.

Agreed. It would be very hard to add a 500+footer to the riverwalk. Even if we had it in the pipeline.

Are there renderings of what units will look like?

This may be my favorite tower in the pipeline for SA. Walked by recently and it just feels so appropriate. Cannot wait for glass and facade to go up!
