From the look of the architectural plans, the office tower (starting floor 6) will have windows on that side, no different from the other sides.

It's hard to tell what the finish is below floor 6, but that is mostly podium.

^ OK, so that's not bad at all then. At most a few windowed floors along the south elevation of that tower will be located right next to the Archdiocese's tower. Which could be a little awkward

^ Interesting that TNS is on floor 12 and still isn't as tall as 9 floor Cityplace.

It maybe a bit taller. It's just the perspective of the camera. Here's a different view:

Notice we can't even see City Place.

^ When I was walking up Carlton yesterday it looked like Cityplace was still a bit taller, but maybe not.

Nice view. Is that from your workplace? If it is, YOU should be posting regular updates. Give Biff a run for his money.

I cannot confirm or deny where I work, and if I am or am not posting on these boards on company time. But yeah I'll have a great view of the bradburn project from my office, or not.

Welcome to the forum!

There was a tidbit dropped a few weeks ago about a possible midrise project on the site of the Bradburn building on Portage. Rumours have been flying around lately regarding that whole block, including the possible condo conversion of the Boyd Building. Not much in the way of specifics yet, though.
