The frame of the +15 is currently being assembled in the parking lot beside the Watermark Tower.

Too bad that building isn't a lot taller. It would be a standout in the skyline.

Just imagine how epic that building would have looked if it had been 1,300 ft. tall or higher? The short height doesn't do the design justice.

Last time I passed by, there was still tons of hoarding up and it was really tricky to see the lobby.

If you take a look at the second shot down of the glaziers, you can see the glass ceiling on the inside and two guys installing track lighting.
