The new Broadway tower looks great from this angle.

For those that don't know, Broadway is about to go through some intense densification in the next few years, so this view will see some pretty radical changes.

That's a great image, and one dramatic view. It's nice that a subway is being built in Vancouver

It's shaping up to be a fine day out in Toronto, of 11C. It's rainy for the next couple days which is a nice break from this weather.

Beauty day. Lucky to have it off, I don't usually post on Mondays. Rest of the week looks like absolute garbage, until the weekend.

Good day to putter around the garden. Backyard is always delayed compared to the front, so the crocus are still in bloom.

Saw this walking around the neighborhood. It's like the tree is growing a variety of shrub on the end of this branch

Beautiful day in SE NB today!

Got up to 9º in Sackville, sunny and almost zero wind. First day the felt like spring, and the tulips on the Mount Allison campus are starting to bud up! Should be another good one tomorrow before it goes back to rain and cloud

And of course Thursday we are supposed to 10cm of snow...

The Dave Martin Mennonites were manure spreading around Floradale-Elmira today. Meanwhile, contrary to the Quebec maple syrup mafia, a record maple syrup season - lines still running around Menno Country - has farmer's fearing epic crop failures/drought conditions for their wheat futures .. get ready for No Name bread "Only $5.99."

And the horse and buggy child laborers now accept Apple Pay & Google Wallet etc on Highway 85 North for their watered-down syrup and nitrate-loaded summer sausage.

Oh, it was sunny and I had my tires changed.

Crappy day today after a beauty yesterday. 6 and rainy with occasional strong gusts of wind. Cooler than average until Saturday; pattern then flips to mid to high teens and lots of sun.

Many shrubs are leafing out, but more surprisingly is seeing some trees leafing out. The species I'm seeing leaf out right now did so about the third week of April last year.

Anyways, I'm off to tropical weather tomorrow. 32 and sunny

Cloudy all day, very windy, quite cold.

Sun peeked out for the last few hours.

11C and sunny. Copy/paste from previous days. The only thing preventing it from being a perfect day was the light breeze.

Low of -2C (wind chill of -5) this morning and foggy. Fog burned off by 10AM.

The warmspot was Osoyoos, BC at 24.2C. That the new highest temperature this year in Canada.

Warmest low was Ashcroft, BC at 12.6C. Would be the new highest low this year if it hold.

Ironically the exact same weather here. 8 degrees and rain all day - pretty miserable.
