To riff on the idea of an "urban canyon" again (and to plug my city again ), SLC has an actual canyon that terminates in its downtown (City Creek Canyon).
That first photo is unbelievable. When you see other views of Tulsa, particularly from above, you would never, ever think there would be a skyscraper canyon of such amazing quality and density. That vantage point is extremely flattering. Amazing. Very similar to a few amazing skyscrapers that can be found in Detroit.
