The equipment pictured on the Bill Graham Auditorium was installed in January 2018 by Metro Electric. My photo is dated 1/2018. I was told it is for AT&T.
Yes, the Fox Plaza has had telecommunications equipment on the roof for decades. Because of vandalism the roof has been closed to the tenants for 25 years or so. It was a nice place to view the city & sunbath.
