Especially since there probably wouldn't be a lot of rush hour use of it - when I lived near the Red Line Division stop I almost never took the train - buses were a bit slower, but I was more likely to get on the train and if I got one of the short-run buses that started at North Ave, I'd even get a seat sometimes. The train wasn't viable in the morning rush at Division (at least not for me). And most of the people who would use Division currently are close enough to the Red Line. In 8 years, though, there will be more of Cabrini along Division completed, so then the 4 minutes walking saved vs. the Red Line will matter more for those users who might want to use it during off-hours.
