Hopefully this is a case of over engineering. I hope that this moves faster once they start on the foundation.

^ Delayed a bit due to having to reinforce the north retaining wall more. Sounds like construction is supposed to go back into full swing pretty soon.

Just ran into the developer, they plan to get things going again very soon and hope to make up some time.

I think there is one guy who is doing the digging here. Only one worker on site. Backs the truck up himself, then swaps over to the trackhoe to dig and fill the bucket, then drives the dirt to the dump pile off the Henday, comes back, and does it twice more to finish his day. That is the only way I can see how slow this is going.

^ They had to stop digging for a while; as I heard, one of the walls was slumping and had to be reinforced further before they could continue.
