Thank you very much for all the great comments and feedback!

The following is a global disclaim that I will post in all four threads .

Cities change. Some of these photos are nearly 3 years old. I can not take new photos of every city every year.

But I would like many of you to know that 99.9% of the residents of every city on here would not be able to tell the difference between a photo of their city in 2008 vs the same photo in 2005.

I know we are all skyline geeks here so the standard is high on this forum.

A few cities have added dramatic changes to their skylines like Philly, Austin etc. And I think my photos are new enough in those specific cases.

But for the most part, I don’t think a photo has to have every single new building in it. I really don’t think it matters.

Second. I did rep KCMO, gotta rep the home town! But the main reason is that I simply have some many photos of KC since it is where I live and I couldn’t narrow it down to 2 or 3 photos!

Third. This is an ongoing thing for me. As people mention, cities rapidly change and there are a lot of cities!

Cities on my short list (next 6-8 months) include Buffalo, Tampa/StPete, Providence, Richmond, Norfolk, Montreal and others.

I also plan to return to Charlotte, Philly, Chicago and a few others.

So there you go!

Thanks again.

Brilliant again.

Van, STL, SF were all very impressive, and San Diego was a real surprise.

nice shot of the BOK center in Tulsa too

Keep it up.

KC is my hero!

For me Tulsa OK was the biggest surprise in all of the threads.

Thanks so much for all the pics in your series, KC!

I must say though, every time I see SLC's Skyline I want to scream with frustration due to our unimpressive skyline.
I hope that you're able to get a new pic in '09 because we just had a new tower top out a few weeks ago and have about 5 more going up I believe and one tower was demolished in '07 to make way for the City Creek Center Mega-project, which is where most of the new towers will be getting built with a possible new city tallest

There are about 3 towers that need to be updated in the Sacramento pics.
