Largest proposed wind turbines

Does someone know how large will be the largest proposed wind turbines?

I'd think that if anybody on these boards would know, it would be you.
The wikipedia article says that the largest offshore turbines are off the coast of Ireland and another source says that offshore turbines are generally larger than land-based turbines, so I guess we could extrapolate that, if these aren't the largest, they're at least close.
