The visual success of this one hinges on maintaining the bronze metallic column panels and floor plate flashings, and not VE'ing them away. If they keep this one, it will shimmer like the renderings in most light situations> If they're VE'd away and they use paint or a dull precast, this will look like any other Miami condo tower. As rendered, this should be a great addition to the skyline, especially that close to City National Center.
