Makes sense. Comal county is one of the fastest growing counties in the state. I've seen some stats on it, and it is growing unbelievably fast. Not just in New Braunfels (which is growing by leaps and bounds), but all over Comal county: Bulverde, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, Schertz (yes, part of schertz is in comal), Garden Ridge, etc. etc. Housing is going in like wild.
