Orleans Volkswagen (955 Dairy Dr) | 10 m | 2 fl | Proposed

A development is proposed at the site municipally known as 955 Dairy Drive, east of Trim Road. It will consist of an automobile dealership on the west portion of the site and a commercial office condominium development on the east portion.

The automobile dealership, Orleans Volkswagen, will consist of a two storey building with a gross floor area of 3,357.75 meters square.

The commercial office condominium development, to be know as the Trimterra Business Park, will consist of five separate two storey buildings totaling 5,683.7 square meters of gross building area. The site will have 127 parking spaces and a parkette of approximately 140 square meters within the central portion of the site.

Why not just make a proper city-owned street out of the parking access to the "business park"?

Half those buildings are directly against the street. Only that car dealership is in the middle of a lot.

Considering this is literally at the fringe of the city, it's not bad. And it's certainly better than literally nothing.

It's not going to be on the fringe forever. Not with the La Cité campus across the Queensway from it, and other developments springing up around it.
