It's somehow a very stubby tower and will be completely forgettable in between so many taller towers. Even the site immediate south of it will have a 41-floor tower dwarfing this one.

Move-ins must have begun for the first tower as there is now concierge present during daytime.

People have begun moving into the first tower. Crane from tower two should also come down soon.

There have been non-stop open houses at the tower for a week or so. I would say tenants are imminent.
