Fanshawe Rd westbound has one lane closed for the setup of mobile crane that will take down the tower crane Tuesday. 17th floor windows and balcony doors now installed as they complete the weather sealing. Still have alot of exterior concrete painting and finishing to do on north and east side of building.

Wrapping up the exterior concrete finishing. Landscaping now starting with grading and plantings. First tenants could be moving in soon.

Looks like some of the first tenants have moved into the west tower now. Landscaping is now complete along the south side. Most of the exterior concrete finishing is now done. Imagine they are still finishing some of the units on the higher floors over the next few months.

In a surprising move by York they are selling off these two buildings to a REIT called CAPREIT for $130M.

Would have expected them to continue to build out their residential portfolio but maybe they needed the capital to fund their future project proposals.
