This one's a great angle, gives a really good angle showing how "hollow" this LIC core is. Calling for something right in the middle to tie it all together.

Got excited by the big cleared lot in the middle bottom of this photo (25-10 42nd Rd), but looking it up the plans were for a 10 story hotel which is quite disappointing.
