When will Drewlo push the boundaries with their building design? Or if not that, just do something different??

This is Old Oak, not Drewlo, despite what the title says.

Drewlo has a lot of buildings in London and none of them are well designed. I can't see them changing a whole lot unless the city pushes them to design better buildings.

Their proposed building at 661 Talbot is different then their typical boxes. Hopefully it gets built and gets them going in a new direction for design.

2 months since Jammer posted the 11th was finishing up, and I haven't seen another floor go on since. There is temporary fencing around the perimeter at the top, so is this actually only 11 floors? The pictures in the design brief show 2 floors lower at the east end, and that's where it's at now.

I think they have topped this out at 11s. Thought I saw it was going to be 12s. They have most of the windows in and are making good progress on the interior walls and services. Would not be surprised to see drywall installation by end of April and first tenants by end of summer.

The question is where will this crew move next? Old Oak has a number of spots they can goto next.

The 3rd 16s tower at Hyde Park?
The twin 16s towers on Richmond St north of Sunningdale?
Back to Sugarcreek Trail?
Or Morgan Ave in south London?
Finally the old London Psych Hospital lands?

My father in law lives next door. He says they have had truckloads of drywall coming in regularly for weeks now.

Old Oak has removed the tower crane from site. Wonder where they will move it to next?

Hyde Park? SugarCreek? Morgan?

Tower crane is now up on Sugarcreek. Looks like the entire empty plot of land is now actively being worked on.

Wonder if this is just the last phase of the Mosaik project of something new?
