The new “Flyover Park” under the Fourth Avenue Flyover. It’s one of those “urban renewal” blights from the 70s that every city has, but this is a pretty awesome solution to it. They have had a pilot project in the area for a couple years and it has been received pretty well. So I guess now they are finally going ahead with it!

Starting construction imminently apparently, as a city official said “coming fall 2020”.
