^^ I still see Wpg Sq. as a better option for a grocer than SkyCity - still connected to the walkway, but slightly closer to all the development in the Exchange.
A Save On (or any grocer) would fit nicely on the 2nd floor podium of the 300 Main St. apartment. And without a doubt that is going to rise in the spring vs. the unknown of SkyCity.
Plus my personal bias of wanting a grocer as close to the Exchange as possible..
