Now, as for this Wheel. Hmm, it's a total waste of money. Who the hell is going to want to climb up there for a view of Manhattan from 1000 miles away. No thanks, not me. Now, the mall is probably going to attract the usual assortment of people and will do well, the Wheel could end up being a bit of a joke. If it were me, I'd have built it on Governors Island or on the Industrial lands of Brooklyn (around Red Hook area). Those would have had better views of the skyline of NYC and would be more accessible by subway for your average tourist.
