Yeah, the tallest building in the Civic Park area will likely be a boutique or upscale hotel with potential residential depending on the developer. Hemisfair is aiming for all buildings to be mixed-used. The buildings I am referring to are the 9 or so white structures with shadows seen in
this site plan.
