Well, if he writes all official correspondence with a crayon, there is no real need for a spellchecker: "Deer mayur Cats..." The mayor's staff may even forward the letter to the mayor, believing (as I am often tempted to) that the author is six years old. Reading these boards has filled me with real apprehension about the educational system in Manitoba.
