Has anyone seen a rendering? I recall Tim Keane being quoted as saying it was the best looking high rise he has seen planned for the city this cycle, but nothing has ever popped up. Since this is a block and a half from my condo I am hoping it is going to look better than the Margaritaville tower going up a few blocks over.
