Yes, more cost efficient. But, even with the number of Blair jobs expanding, the sq. ft. rented will drop.
According to today's Crains article, Blair currently rents 324K sq. ft. at 222 W. Adams. Will commit to 300K sq. ft. at 150 N. Riverside.
