Nashville continues to truck along. A shell permit has been issued for the fully financed 33 story tower known as 901 King Blvd. (in the foreground below)
Nothing jaw-dropping in terms of design, but a very nice usage for a small, awkwardly situated lot positioned next to the preserved brutalist downtown campus of Tennessee State University next door.
