its definitely better than what is there, especially if they build the promenade, etc. But it's a shame they killed the residential portion. Perhaps Aramark didn't want a mixed use tower. Aramark is obviously going for the visibility of this location. Thousands of drivers per day will see their sign and it will never be obstructed.
