The toronto zoo is over an hour away from most people in the GTA, being located on the far northeastern corner of Toronto.
Toronto right now is missing an indoor water park I believe..
Toronto doesn't have a major dirty industrial area any more unless you count Hamilton harbour, most cities of its size have some sort of scorched earth type industrial sites..
