Bangkok, Seoul, Manila, and a whole whack of other cities are building lots of 200 m+ buildings as well. It's not as if these other cities are all standing still. Toronto will climb up the rankings, but would be lucky to squeak into the top 10. 6th spot isn't realistic.

A list is a list, but it is certainly interesting watching Toronto among these places. Some of them are far less impressive than Toronto (Houston, for example) regardless of a handful of tall buildings, but others are quite interesting. Studying the rise of Chongqing is most interesting as it was nothing some years ago and has become a new manufacturing super power. Albeit I want to see how fastly built Chinese cities last in the coming decades.
