O’Brien Architects is handling the private development on the remainder of the property. Officials there have spent most of their time so far on the focal point for the project – the retail and restaurants in red that will be located south of the stadium entrance. What’s being tentatively called Cowboy Alley is a pedestrian-friendly area where people can sit out on a patio and enjoy a meal or watch the latest Cowboys game on multiple big-screen TVs.
