Here's hoping that the WTC fills up quickly from here on out. I feel like Lower Manhattan is still reeling from some of the effects of 9/11, which it needs to get past to rebuild again. If Manhattan is to compete with the Hudson Yards and Midtown East Rezoning, they need something like this.
