Updated rendering, and the press has picked it up, too.

This says 22 floors, but it's 18 floors over 4 underground parking levels.

Student housing project planned for historic site near UT
Apr 14, 2016, 2:10pm CDT

A glitzy new student housing project will be constructed at West 23rd and Nueces streets in the West Campus area near the University of Texas.

Johnson Trube & Associates is building Skyloft, a luxury 22-story tower on the site of the historic Dabney-Horne house — home to one of UT’s first professors, Robert Dabney.

The project is scheduled to break ground in August and be completed before the fall 2018 semester. A percentage of units will be earmarked as affordable for students who qualify.
