Rest assured with Jim Kenney as mayor he’ll just increase spending. This mayor, more than any mayor in the modern history of Philadelphia, had a once in a lifetime opportunity to fix Philadelphia’s antiquated tax code. He did none of that. Spent an extra billion. And increased taxes.
