I've never really been in Brandon proper, just passed through on the Trans Canada Hwy.

Does anyone have a sense of whether downtown Brandon is any healthier than downtown Winnipeg?

It seems from the photos that Brandon has been able to keep its Main Street. I assume most people still do their shopping on Main Street, and that for the most part their downtown is pedestrian friendly.
