I find people who just get up and quit are the biggest losers. You leave because of 'traffic'. Then as esquire said, only to spend more time behind the wheel. What does that solve?

I put traffic in quotations because really Winnipeg has not bad traffic.

I know a bunch of people who hate the City life. They live out in Garson area. But then they drive every single day to downtown for work. Okaaaayyyy.
