CPT which would be the city side of the Oak Bank corridor has been on the books longer than the discussions for the Oak Bank corridor have been occurring. The need to CPT existed within the city long, long before the Oak Bank corridor discussions came to light. The City stands to benefit from CPT having east Perimeter access from its in-land port plans.
