Slowly but surely the density is building up down in Southtown/SoFlo.
Density builds on density and the projects that are now complete (St. B's, Cevallos) and those that are getting there (Steel House, the 1010) set the stage nicely for others to come in.
Next thing you know, we'll hear something about Lone Star and the Mission Power Plant redevelopment just down the river.
