Yes Parliament Avenue, and no, it's the commercial that is out of place here. There are hundreds of apartments to the west of Sarcan, as well as home directly across the street. I would hardly call Sarcan 'commercial' as it is more
light industrial.
Brutal is a great descriptive of our city planning.
