I believe there is point where Toronto and Cleveland can be located at the same time Detroit and Cleveland usually wont as the angle is never right but Cleveland and Detroit are about the same distance as Manhattan and CC I believe

Except unlike between us and New York, more than half of it is a sea of fresh water with a spooky name.
Random observation: If you map out the old New York Central routes from Cleveland to Toledo, Erie, and Columbus, it turns out they're at least as well-engineered from a pure geometry and curvature standpoint as the Northeast Corridor is between here and New York.
I hope the CCRA gets its claws into this project and forces the developers to redo the massing of the tower portion.
