The existing riverwalk that runs through it will be expanded into Hemisfair Park through the convention center lagoon and open up to the new civic park area and new planned themed areas at Hemisfair, there will be lots of nice areas but Its a convention center it will have sections that aren't all that aesthically pleasing, the loading docs and service areas.
