It's probably way too early for such details yet---but I think there are a couple of historic sites in that area, O' Henry & Casa Navarro for instance, and I'm wondering if these will be moved outright or ceded to become part of the growing UTSA campus? If memory serves, the O' Henry house was moved once before because it used to be at the Lone Star Brewery.
