would love to take a boat through those canals one day if the project is completed

sick model in stark contrast to the very cheap pentominium model in the Pentominium thread

it may seem that the project is still turtling along despite the financial crisis

Meraas Development plans to develop phase 1 of Jumeirah Gardens City, a community development located between Diyafa Street and Al Safa Park in Al Satwa area, Jumeirah.

Phase 1 will spread over an 820,000 sq. m. area and will comprise 6 main blocks including residential, office, and retail buildings, 2 hotels, and a shopping area.

One Dubai is one of the major components of phase1. It consists of 3 linked towers that have mixed use.

Nikken Sekkei is the main architect.
