Yeah, I know it's just a parking lot. When I refer to it as "the Laurel Point parking lot" I mean to say "the big parking lot at Laurel Point."
It's not really on the point or at the point so much as right behind it, but you get the idea.
Great site for a really high end hotel in the 12-14 story range, in my opinion. Good views back to the city and also between the waterfront buildings to the harbour. It would also look great when viewed from the Coho.
