OK - I'll be the nit-picky guy here.

Does anyone else here feel that tower seems kinda bulky and simply out of place for that location? That animation certainly didn't do the building justice.

That exposed parkade thing just ruins this building for me. I also would love to see something a little sleeker and with some "cleaner" lines in this city.

Obviously, I am no architect, but it just seems someone kinda plunked that building there without really thinking about it.

What can't this city have tall buildings without flat roofs?
