I was reading an article,

It says that a new stadium for the Riders in Regina would cost over 350 million dollars. I believe the riders should get a new stadium, but it should be an outdoor stadium like the one Minnesota Golden Gophers are building (only on a smaller scale). It is an absolutely wonderful stadium and the cost is only $288.5 million to build.
