I thought this was interesting. I was browsing around the Tesla website and noticed they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager and a Senior Marketing Specialist for Eastern Canada. One of the responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager is to manage the planning of regional activities including store openings. It's like only a matter of time before Tesla expands there store fronts to include the East Coast (Moncton, Halifax or both?) as well as their supercharger network.
At the Harvest (and just about any big downtown event in Freddy), NBPower has been promoting electric vehicles like crazy. This year, I noticed that among the Chevy Volts and Ford Fusions, someone had brought in a Tesla for display as well. I didn't ask any questions, but just from overhearing, I do believe there are some inklings for plans for getting Tesla chargers out here.

Halifax would be the logical choice, but I'm sure they'd want to make shore the charger network is big enough for new owners to make it to the big cities; so charging locations in the rest of the cities (and probably edmundston and bathurst) would probably follow. (Sales would be limited to Halifax and maybe Moncton after a bit)
