Earlier this year, I used Interjet to Mexico City and enjoyed the service. Nothing spectacular but a great option to have when heading to Mexico. I would like to visit Guadalajara this coming year!

Alaska Airlines is adding a second daily Seattle flight starting July 19.
New flight departs SAT at 6:45am getting to SEA at 9:05 am
Departs SEA 5:45 pm arrives SAT 11:55 pm.
Interjet is also growing. Beginning March 14, Interjet will be going daily on SAT-Guadalajara. Route currently operates 3 times a week.
